Shipping & Returns
We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
No Rush shipping is not available for select products, orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, or for SNKRS orders.
Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days.

*What is No Rush shipping?
No Rush shipping means exactly that: no rush. We decided to take the benefits of ground-only shipping and make it available for anyone. Why? Because, on average, ground-only shipping is less carbon-intensive than air freight shipping. Plus, No Rush gives our teams a little extra time to prepare your order and get it out the door. We’ll still provide an estimated delivery date during checkout, so you’ll know when to expect your order. On rare occasions, there may be some operational overrides that cause your package to ship on a plane, but we’ll do our best to get your order shipped ground.
All 2up designer purchases have 14-day return policy.
Purchases made on 2upDesigner.com or app has an 14-day return policy. You can return items for any reason within the 14 day from the day of your purchase.
You can still return even after the 14day peroid with the acception of items that are unworn ,with tag still attacted and unwashed.

What is a pre-order?
- A “pre-order” allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. Products in a pre-order status will have “ pre order in description.
How to pre-order?
- To pre order a product with the "pre-order" in description , simply add it to your shopping cart.
- A credit card is required to make a pre-order reservation.
- Please make sure your credit card will not expire before your item is expected to ship.
- Pre-orders will be available for a limited time period
- After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number.
When will I be charged?
- Your credit card will be charged immediately
- Your pre-order reservation will be cancelled if your bank fails the credit authorization for reasons such as: insufficient funds, card expired, etc. If credit authorization for your pre-order fails, a cancellation notification will be sent to the email on file.
When will I receive my pre-order(s)?
- Generally, pre-orders are delivered on the listed Release Date.
- Delivery to overseas or Hawaii, military or diplomatic bases and certain zip codes may take longer.
- Please note that delivery may be delayed if you are unable to accept an attempted delivery, or due to inclement weather, strike, incorrect address or credit card information, or other unforeseen circumstance outside of our control.
What happens if a pre-order release date changes?
- Pre-order release dates we list on our site are based on information we receive from publishers or manufacturers and could be subject to change. If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, or if the release is canceled all together, we will notify you via the email address on file & will be refunded money.
Can I pre-order more than 1 item at a time?
- Yes. Please note that each pre-order product may or may not have a separate order reference number.
Will I be reminded before my pre-order ships?
- It depends on when you place your pre-order reservation.
- If you placed your reservation at least 15 days before the item’s scheduled release date, you will receive an email approximately 10-12 days before the release date to remind you that we will soon be releasing pre-order product.
- Once your order has shipped, we'll email you the tracking number of our delivery carrier.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
- Yes, you may cancel your reservation up until the item enters the shipping process. Email us to cancel all orders 2upDesigner@gmail.com
